Some of my non-Wildfit friends give me a hard time about my green smoothies! (although my Wildfit friends will say the rest of you don't know what you're missing!😜) Eddie

So I thought I'd share with you all my newest recipe that I just knocked together that is totally DELICIOUS and a little less green! 💚

BANOFFEE SMOOTHIE 🍌☕

1 banana
1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup (or honey)
1/8 avocado (for creamyness)
3-4 cauliflower florets (for longevity and disease fighting!)
2 tbsn coconut yoghurt
1 shot decaf coffee
1/2 cup water
BLEND IN A HIGH POWERED BLENDER like a Nutraninja, Nutrabullet or Vitamix.

If you haven't got yourself a meal planning app yet, I can really recommend Mealime. I don't always use it, but I find inspiration here. Recipes are simple and the preferences menu under settings mean you can really customise your selections and filter out recipes that have foods you are sensitive or allergic to. And you can add your own recipes too!

This week we are going to dive deep into Water and it's important role in supporting the body! 💧🥛

Did you know that drinking enough water can help prevent headaches and migraines?Study's show that dehydration is a common trigger for headaches and migraines. In fact, one study published in the Journal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice in 2014 found that drinking just two cups of water was enough to relieve dehydration-related headache symptoms within 30 minutes in most participants.

So if you're prone to headaches or migraines, make sure you're drinking enough water and choose high-quality sources to help prevent them from occurring.
