Meet Billy and Toby! 🐾

Just over a month ago, Billy and Toby came in for an elbow arthroscopy. Elbow arthroscopy is a procedure that allows us to look inside the joint using a tiny camera, helping us diagnose and treat issues like cartilage damage.

Toby also had a PAUL procedure (short for Proximal Abducting Ulnar Osteotomy) on one of his elbows. This helps redistribute weight away from the damaged part of the elbow joint by changing the angle of the ulna.

Both Billy and Toby were a pleasure to have in clinic and we look forward to seeing them for their 6-week checks soon 🥰

Meet Coco! 🐾

Coco may be on the smaller side, but she was the bravest girl for her MPL surgery last month! Coco recovered really well and enjoyed all the cuddles from the nursing team 🥰

Meet Bug! 🐾

Bug visited AOW last month after fracturing his radius and ulna. Our surgeon stabilised the fracture with a 2.0 Locking Compression Plate on the radius and passed a 1.0 Kwire from the Caudal Olecranon to the fracture site of the ulna.

Bug was so lovely to have in clinic! He was so smoochy, lapping up all the pats before his surgery 🥰 He even had the best spot in clinic with a little bit of morning sun to lie in 🌞
