Massage is not my only focus during a session. Often times a client will openly share their emotions and I feel honoured that they choose me to share with and allow me to speak words of advice for them, that come to me in the moment.

I've just been called, in this moment, to share this advice to those of you lucky enough to read this:
I'm sharing this post because, for me, it captures what happens to all of us & what we are all (including me!) guilty of doing to some degree - whether unintentionally or not, young or old, even when your children are all grown up like mine are.

Knees and Hips Joint Pain, Bone on Bone.
I see this often in my clinic. Pain in the knees or hips caused by not wearing good shoes that support your feet.
