Reiki 2 is where things really start to open up — working with symbols, distance healing, and strengthening your intuition and confidence as a practitioner. This is a Practitioner Level Certification, supporting you to offer Reiki professionally or deepen your healing work with others and yourself.

I move my body everyday. And its not pretty. Some days I dont wanna, some days it hurts and some days its the highlight of my day.

I move it first and foremost for my mental and physical health....more on that in another post.
I move it to stay strong and limber tl be a good massage therapist.
I move it so I can understand you my clients. What you feel, how you move and what it means when your body isn't functioning the way its built to function or how you would like it to move.
