Are you getting a build up of fluid in your legs, feet or fingers during the day?
There is often a simple solution to fluid retention.
Drink more water!
This may seem counter intuitive but it’s true. To be healthy most people need at least 2 litres of pure water each day, plus other fluids from fruits, vegetables, teas etc.
If you have a low water intake your urine will be bright or dark yellow. This means your kidneys won’t be able to complete their filtering tasks during the day (eliminating toxins from your blood) and they'll try to make up for lost time at night, resulting frequent trips to the loo when you should be sleeping!
