I will be available at Bellagrove Equine near Wakefield on Saturday 10th January from 10am for Equine & Canine treatments as well as combined Horse & Rider sessions.

Hope everyone is resting up and finally getting to enjoy some sunshine! 🌞

For any Golden Bay clients , I am available from Monday next week (January 5th) for Human clinic appointments as well as Equine & Dog treatments too.

Over the past 3 years I have had over 300 students attend my Foundation Courses. 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓
Many of them are either beginning , partway through , or have already completed their Practitioner training to become fully qualified CC Practictioners in their own right with practices of their own.
Others have chosen to use their Foundation training to help develop their skills and deep understanding of how they can help , by simply letting the injury show them the way , to surprise even themselves as to how affective and how much help they can be to their animals !!

There will only be 3 of these courses ( Equine & Canine) held this year 2026 , at Dragon Equestrian Levin and the January Course is the only one this summer.

If you have never completed a ConTact C.A.R.E Foundation Course before you will need to attend the Equine Course prior to attending the Canine on the Monday.
If you have done at least one CC Foundation course of any kind , you can attend the Canine without needing to do the Equine Course first.
You may also just attend the Equine Course regardless of whether you have done any courses prior.

There is wonderful facilities and accommodation available onsite at our venue Dragon Equestrian Jump Park, for both people with their own horses
(including the people themselves, both shared and individually) and also dogs if you are planning on bringing both for the 3 days.
You may attend both courses either with your own animal/ animals or without ( horses or dogs).
The course cost remains the same.
Their are small extra accomodation fees for horses and people ( please ask) for those wishing to stay onsite.
If you do not have your own animals to bring or feel they would not be suitable to travel or to learn from, then we can provide animals you can work with safely.

I welcome younger students as well.

I had a great day in the clinic on Monday treating a mix of Canines and Humans and also combined treatments.
Did you know that as well as having a deep emotional supportive connection to your Dog, which Im sure most of you have , you also have a physical one too ?
That often the pressure we find your dog carries can also be found in your structure as well.
It is literally how you physically balance the relationship between you two.
This is particularly apparent when your dog is not receptive to strangers as they cannot support and are unaware of the balance required as the owner can.
Your dog feels unsafe with unfamiliar people.
If this is a sudden new behavior it will likely be injury related and not because your dog suddenly doesn't like other people or places.
I can treat your dog and yourself as individuals and then as a collective unit to improve results for you both.
An example of reciprocal pressure is seeing a little dog walking along the beach with a slight limp and seeing the owner walking beside with the same limp.

This was Divas first treatment with me and she loved it and worked instinctively with me to provide the best result.
My treatment demands me to find and meet my client in the same supportive balance, to " ACCEPT WHAT IS " and support that partnership both into " NOW" and then out of pressure of injured shape to allow natural balance to be restored " SEE THE GOOD "

It's the same with Humans and Equine as well.
This is why your treatments are so comfortable and pain free. And why animals particularly love their sessions.
It just feels good !!

My final course of the year was completed over the weekend at the beautiful Art & Living Space at Pauatahanui.
A wonderful group of very capable students experiencing and sharing their learnings in a truely special setting.
I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with all the wonderful people who have attended my courses over this year.
ConTact C.A.R.E is definitely in good hands going into the future.
2025 has been extra exciting for me, with many of my Foundation students progressing into Practitioner training, both Human & and Equine, as well as some establishing their own practices
My first course for 2026 will be Equine Foundation on January 24-25th followed by a Canine Workshop on the 26th.
3 great days of learning at Dragon Equestrian Jump Park in Manakau Levin
I have 5 days of work left this month before returning to Kapiti for the final time in December.
I'm taking bookings now so if you would like to see me book now so as not to miss out.

HUMAN FOUNDATION COURSE

Next weekend marks the last course for this year for me with a ConTact C.A.R.E Human Foundation Course on November 1-2nd to be held at The Art & Living Space Pauatahanui
This course is designed to suit people from absolute beginners to also cater to those looking to advance toward their Practitioner trainings.
During the weekend, you will be provided with the information and get to experience yourself first hand, how to find and release trapped skeletal pressures that affect our bodies normal function in a safe and effective way.
Then, you can begin to help friends and family away from pain toward ease and comfort.
You may also be interested in helping your animals, particularly small pets, including cats and dogs.
This is the first step toward learning how much you can actually help them no matter their age or condition.

The course runs both Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 4 30pm both days.
The cost for the weekend is $400.00 per person.

Hi all.
I will be back in KAPITI from next week until November 15th and have clinic appointments available on the following days in November;
Paraparaumu clinic (25 HinemoaStreet) ;

Levin Clinic ( near Manakau) ;

There will be cancelation appointments possibly available other days as well if these days dont suit?

I am also back in KAPITI priot to Xmas in December from Monday the 8th to Thursday 18th.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like an appointment before Xmas as I won't have a lot of last minute appointments available, but I will do my best to see as many of you as I can .

Made it home safely yesterday, and it's great to have some sunshine today. There has been so much rain while I've been away!!

Now I'm back it's time to prepare for my final FOUNDATION COURSE for 2025.
It's a Human Foundation Course to be held on November 1-2 2025.
