🌿 Exciting Update – Meet Tanja! 🌿
As I prepare to step away from teaching and take time to welcome my baby later this year, I'm so happy to introduce Tanja Trefz, who will be taking over Yoga Hub Paremata from September 💛
Tanja is a passionate and devoted yoga teacher, originally from Germany with Thai roots. She began her yoga journey in Rishikesh, India, training in Hatha and Ashtanga, and later completed further studies in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga here in Wellington – earning her 300-hour certification.
Tanja offers Hatha Vinyasa Flows, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, with a focus on mindful movement that feels nourishing and intuitive. Her calm and grounded energy brings so much heart to the practice.
After living in Wanaka for nearly five years, where she discovered her love for Yin Yoga, Tanja has now settled in Wellington and is excited to share her teachings with the beautiful community here in Paremata 💫
Please join me in welcoming Tanja and show her the same warmth and support you've always given me. I feel incredibly grateful to leave the Yoga Hub in such capable, loving hands.
