Lately I’ve been reminded how powerful stillness can be.
Not just the kind where your body is still, but the kind where your mind gets quiet too, even if just for a moment.
In yoga, the pauses between each movement, each breath, each transition, those moments of deep rests… that’s where the real magic happens.
Stillness has a way of showing you what you’ve been too busy to feel. It softens the edges. It brings you home.
We don’t always need to do more. Sometimes we just need to be.
