Today as I prepare to host my first weekend retreat experience, I feel incredibly proud of myself 🥰

I wrote the schedule for this retreat in 2018 & it took a lot of life learning to get to a point where I felt able to actualise this dream.

Skills I do not lack but confidence has taken years accumulate and my God I know this is only the beginning.

Thank you to each and every single soul who has messaged to send me well wishes, to the participants & my beloved friends & parents who are helping. I ADORE YOU 🥰
