1 Current position
Start by providing a summary of your organization's ongoing wellness programmes and highlighting any recent advancements or adjustments.
You might mention:

- A summary of the present programmes that are offered to employees, including employee assistance programmes, safe working practises policies, training, and support.

- A review of the findings from your most recent survey and comments on your most recent wellness activity

- A summary of what is working well

2 Future focus area
A clear vision for what your plan will accomplish before its next evaluation should be presented in this area.
To pinpoint the most pertinent themes and potential areas for change, you can draw on your knowledge of corporate culture, customs, and employee demands.
For instance, in response to employee input, you may offer assistance on particular subjects, like men's health month or winter wellness.

One typical approach is to review your priorities every three months, determine your strategy's direction once a year, and monitor each particular activity more reactively.

1) Collect data
