It can also improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and lower pressure in veins. Try lying on the floor with your legs up the wall to avoid any strain on your back. Here are three reasons to get out there and get moving:

🏃 Regular exercise strengthens your muscles and bones, reducing the risk of injury

IT’S EXERCISE TIME 🔥

The plank strengthens your spine, rhomboids, trapezius and abdominal muscles, all of which improve your posture! So what are you waiting for?

Lie on your front and push your toes into the ground, then plant your palms or elbows directly underneath your shoulders. Push yourself up so that your back forms a straight line. Look at a spot on the floor just beyond your hands to keep your neck and head in a neutral position. Hold it for as long as feels comfortable, just as long as you keep good form 🙌🏼

Apart from catching some rays (with sun protection of course), good sources of Vitamin D include:

Well, chiropractors focus on the central nervous system, which is made up of the brain and spinal cord. Dementia is a degenerative brain disease and improving the function of the central nervous system can also support brain function.

Whilst chiropractic care cannot cure or stop dementia, everyone can benefit from maintaining or improving function of the nervous system to help with overall wellbeing.
