I can now formally introduce you to Clarence, my client support colleague. Clarence will help me with ear clearance with the goal of improving hearing clarlty.

Clarence comes from a long line of support workers. Below is a picture of his British great grand father, who is still working to this day. He mostly comes out on special occasions.

Help my ear is blocked!!

Blockages in the ear canal can occur gradually over time and stay under the radar, or they may suddenly come to your attention. A sudden change may become noticeable after swimming or rubbing your ear. This is usually because the wax moves and blocks your ear canal or water gets trapped behind it, effectively the ear wax starts acting like an ear plug.

It can be tempting to use cotton buds or other items to try and clear the ears. However, once the ear is completely blocked inserting items into the ear canal will likely push the earwax deeper, impacting the wax further often forcing it against the eardrum, which is very uncomfortable. It is also possible to puncture the eardrum, which is very painful and may have long-lasting effects.
