I provide Consultations (globally) @ $125 per hour & allowing additional time plus some follow up questions. My life was hugely limited in so many ways.

I provide exceptional & unique skincare products, personally formulated by me to contain no hormone disruptors and & health products @ wholesale. CEO of my own Lifestyle & business, helping others live a life enjoying a well functioning body with the desired energy to do what you love each day. I work consulting using internet or phone, with ppl spread all over the globe. I love helping changing

lives & witnessing positive change. My specific areas I work with daily are helping people overcome Hormonal problems, Energy issues, Weight issues, Thyroid issues and also Sleep problems, what to eat & what not to eat to maximise your cellular & body energy using Bioenergetic methods. I also have indepth knowledge in detoxification & I am a trained Colon hydrotherapist. Every now & then I stop & reflect on my life & know how far I have come on my Health & Lifestyle journey. I once suffered serious health conditions (so many I won't name them all) these left me continually in pain and house bound, often bedridden, it was even a big risk to answer my front door - if someone had freshly washed their hair or had perfume or after shave on, I went on a nightmare roller coaster for days. I would become light sensitive & suicidally depressed, it was a living hell. I woke each day having no energy to do anything, exhausted at the start of my day - even to drive to town the 7 ks, was impossible much of the time. I had plenty of medical diagnosis (the 'what' but not the 'why') but no offer of possible solutions. So life took me on a very different journey than what I had planned! A journey that has taught me what is possible in life. A journey that wasn't easy however it taught me so much & crafted me into who I am today. Today I am vibrantly healthy & energetic & live an amazing lifestyle. There is nothing that compares to learning the hard way, through living the pain & suffering of it all. I have discovered so much & I can coach others on powerful & cost effective shortcuts to having a vibrant active life. There is so much conflicting info out there & you most likely don't know what to follow. you will be pulled in all directions, like I had been over the years. Its easy to be confused and so much info sounds great but can be very cleverly manipulated & can cost you time & your valuable health. I have spent many thousands of dollars on my health journey (many of you on this journey can relate to that) - however, through my own personal experience I gained wisdom & knowledge on what works and what will nourish your body on a deep level, & assist your body to do its own regeneration. I have helped many hundreds of people to discover what is possible. It is an amazing experience to go through the extreme pain & illness, to then go through the journey of discovery, learning & come out the other side, waking each day, feeling into my body and experiencing how incredible I now feel, wondering how many ppl wake each day feeling this way. I feel honoured to pass on my learnings to help others, I feel what I have been through is truly my gift to the world. I have been applying sprays into palm of my hand, applying to the body (20 sprays twice a day helps restore magnesium levels) then once Ive covered much of the body I then use small amounts of skincream onto the wet skin, it creates a very fine layer on the skin so its stops the salt feeling from the magnesium, and it isnt greasy! Our Story

Freedom of choices is so important, well it is to me & one thing that gives us freedom is an amazing level of health, so you can do what you want to do, with an abundance of energy & passion. I have reversed my own serious health issues many years ago & Ive helped many people do the same. Every now & then I stop & reflect on my life & know how far I have come, what I have recovered from & what I have learned & can share with others to empower their journey - for this experience I am deeply grateful for.

If you read my story from my health point of view, you will understand maybe a little of my passion for wanting to help others; I once suffered serious health conditions (so many I won't name them all) these left me continually in pain and house bound, it was even a big risk to answer & open my front door - if someone had freshly washed their hair or had perfume or after shave on, I went on a nightmare roller coaster ride of suffering for days. I would become light sensitive & suicidal, depressed, it was a living hell. I would not wish this on another person. I woke each day having no energy to do anything, exhausted at the start of my day - even to drive to town the 7 ks, was impossible much of the time. My life was hugely limited in so many ways. The most common ‘Why’ I found was financial stress, it is a silent killer, people adapt to stress & then they live a new ‘normal’ & don’t realise their body is constantly in fight or flight & very seldom in Rest & repair, that’s when disease sets in. So life took me on a very different journey than what I had planned! A journey that has taught me what is possible in life, it has also taught me what is important. A journey that wasn't easy however it taught me so much & crafted me into who I am today. Today I am vibrantly healthy & energetic & live an amazing free lifestyle. I have discovered so much & I can coach others on powerful & cost effective shortcuts to having a vibrant active life.
