ANGELIC TRAFFIC OFFICERS.
Teach your children to have awareness that we have added extra protection all around, when driving or traveling, ask for traffic guidance or signs to stay alert.
Adults can do this too.
Angel traffic officers have a much better nav. map and can see around bends...
Teach your children to listen to their gut responses, the younger the better.
Use words like vibration, energy, frequency, so they learn to listen to a world of vibration, that is alive everywhere they go.
Get them to ask loved ones for assistance, so they can combine loved ones in the physical and non-physical relm.
The physical is just shell in which all our spiritual selves reside.
Teach them, how a flower sends an invisible frequency to a bee, that signals the flowers pollen is ready to be utilized.
What wonders surrounded us, we cannot see.
Awareness gives another avenue for children to navigate, rather than just their intellectual mindset.
There is a lot of outside information their developing brains need to remember, which can be overwhelming for them.
What are feelings for if we don't use them energetically, to visit our inner sanctum, when the outside is a big noisy classroom.
This will help them in later years chose intuitively, with relationships, jobs or manifesting their futures based on a deeper and stronger relationship with themselves.
Teach them we have two worlds, physical and non-physical which is the vibration of all life.
We have been de-programmed out of the natural world over decades, and have lost our ability to intuit, and be in touch with nature.
Nature is our teacher, walk in it, talk to it, breathe with it.....
The trees clear away the dross, samples are stress, unbalance, illness.
Even the trees help with our immune systems by activating the killer T-cells.
This system is missing from our lives, hence teach the children, that nature is a life-force, and without it we are disengaged and disconnected.
FINDING PEACE INTERNALLY.
Finding peace, to be more calm and peaceful can have many benefits indeed.
A peaceful mind and body are keys to health, first and foremost.
When we share our experiences, it makes us not feel so isolated in what we've been through.
Times can be tough and we bottle things up, and wonder why a lump has appeared (generally speaking).
We carry burdens and guilts, past things, worry about future things, things that might never happen, things that have happened, and basically anything outside the front door.
Our internal organs need peace, our internal organs need to unwrap the knots, be given a chance to gurgle, get rid of held wind, relax and be free to do its normal functions.
I.B.S. and many other Gut conditions may be due to long term stress, rushed eating, wolfing down big bites before the clock strikes, fast paced pressure, never a moment to self to let the gut unwind.
We may look like we have it all together, yet our bathroom activities are strain and pain.
Our brave face, hides the constricted and twisted bowel, no one knows, just you and the toilet paper.
We hold in resentments, grudges, and irritations of not enough time, or someone said, or someone did, or didn't.
Our intestines pay the price, the stomach too, of undigested food or emotions.
Slow your eating down, your breathing too, walk slower, life is not a race, go at a more comfortable pace.
Talk your way to a peaceful tummy, and you may have less visits to the dunny.
Get it off your chest was once said, now its get it off your, head, chest and Guts for better mental and inner health......
