It always comes around so quickly.
Tomorrow is our last Monday class for term 1.
Classes will resume Monday the 20th of April but at a new time of
9am instead of 9.15.
I look forward to seeing some of you tomorrow to flow through more of the seasons change.

I'm making the call now to cancel class tomorrow morning at Mountain Folk Cafe Retreat. The forecast is for rain through the night and into the morning.
We will try again next Saturday.

There will be yoga again at The Mountain Folk Cafe Retreat this Saturday for those who feel like a gentle morning stretch, a bit of movement and some breath work. Class is suitable for all.
The weather forecast says a few morning showers so check us out on our fb pages on Saturday morning in case we need to cancel.
Bring your mat and something to go under it, like a towel or picnic blanket. We will have coffee and a catch up afterwards if you have time to join us.

At The Mountain Folk Cafe 8 - 9am

Hey Pirongia, how about some Saturday morning yoga.
Come along to the Mountain Folk Cafe this Saturday for a gentle yoga class then either breakfast or a cuppa afterwards.
Class starts at 8am on the lawn by the cafe.
All you need to bring is a mat and old towel in case the grass is damp.
Class is a gold coin koha.
This is weather dependent so check our pages, Village Yoga or Mountain Folk Cafe Retreat on Saturday morning if you are unsure.

Hello all,
I can't believe it's that time already, term 1 2026!
I hope you have had a wonderful Christmas and New Year, and that 2026 had already been kind to you.
Term 1 Monday yoga starts this Monday the 2nd of February.
Class will be a gentle ease back to foundations and a connection with our bodies. Whether you have kept up your personal practice or not as always options are offered to make class suitable for all levels, new to yoga or experienced.

The 8th of December will be our last Monday class for 2025.
Whether you are a regular or haven't managed to make it in a while it would be great to see you.
Jo has kindly offered to have us again at her place after class for a coffee and catch up. Everyone is welcome.

9.15-10.15 am in the Chapel at the Community Centre, Pirongia.
Spring is the season of renewal — the perfect time to release the old and to make room for the new.....
