*My Beautiful Beast Friend & PT hit a Plateau with her Nutrition, so hit me up to suss her a New Food Plan & Macros around her busy Schedule! Over 3 weeks in & her Pics/testimony below speaks for itself:😍*
“My weight started at around 68/69kg now it’s down to 67. Its only been 3 1/2weeks, I needed a revamp of my nutrition due to being on the same sort of food regime for 3 years, and also getting older plus decreasing my days of training due to work I used to do 6 days now its mostly 4
I wanted something fresh and new, and I also wanted to drop abit of body fat and lean out whilst still maintaining muscle.
I found this food plan easy and simple to follow Also found I could easily swap out and have alternatives without compromising on calories.
My body composition sits at a 1kg increase in muscle and a 4%drop in body fat(ball park). Muscle Mass in June was 50.6 and now it’s 51.7. Fat mass was 22.1 now its 21.5
Energy is really good im actually sleeping really well!!! Which never happens haha.
