Term 1 is back for Youth combat classes! 12-17 yrs, all levels, Kickboxing & MMA drills in a safe competitive environment. CONTROLLED CONTACT ONLY. Great trainers, awesome team. We have 10 spaces open for new members so come try out this week for for free!
Pay weekly $19 for 3 classes per week or grab a deal for the whole term plus holidays for $170!

This week at the gym. Our morning classes are back to Tue & Thurs 6am, Saturday 7am & 8am.

will be running a few sessions while Im away for the next few weeks. He is a great fighter and not too many people know he is an excellent coach. Be sure to jump in on his classes.

IN-HOUSE SCORED SPARRING WRAPPED FOR 2025. We use this platform for safe & controlled sparring in front of an audience in preparation for the bigger stages. Everyone trained hard and performed well, congratulations team! If you're interested in stepping into the ring next year then this is a great start!
