It's a gloomy day in Wellington but we have kicked off with an amazing story. Cardiac arrest survivor Heinrich shared his incredible story which happened at rugby training in rural Taranaki. His teammates saved his life with high-quality CPR and kicking in two locked doors to find the AED in the clubroom bar. Thank you Heinrich for sharing your inspiring story.

Until this year, there was no defibrillator at the surf school in Christchurch.
