How to Set Your Own Frequency Anchors
1. Identify Your Desired Emotional State:
Clearly define the emotional state you wish to anchor. This is the internal emotional state connected to the realisation of your manifestation. For example, it may feeling freeing, expansive and empowering to manifest a career that allows you complete financial freedom. Or you may feel calm, confident and authentically yourself in your dream relationship.
2. Choose a Unique Signal:
Select a specific signal that will serve as your frequency anchor. I recommend choosing a physical sensation such as a hand gesture or pressure point, as well as intentionally placing a specific object in your environment that you connect with your goal or vision. This amplifies the signal is it stimulated from both kinaesthetic and visual modalities.
3. Connect the Signal to the Emotion:
In a calm and focused state, deliberately experience the desired state. Continue to amplify this emotion so it spreads throughout and beyond your body. As you reach the peak of that feeling, perform the chosen signal or hold the specific object in your focus and vision. Repeat this process several times to strengthen the connection.
4. Reinforce through Repetition:
Consistency is key. Regularly practice associating the chosen signal with the desired emotional state. The more you repeat this process, the more ingrained it becomes in your subconscious.
