this concept is worked with, Joe Dispenza, Neuroscientist who explains it and popularizes it.

‘When we have the mind and body, our thought and action, intent and behavior, all working together, we have the power of the universe behind us.’ ‘At the end of your day, before you lay down, give thanks for your life.’ ‘Thoughts are the language of the brain and feelings are the language of the body.

I am hosting a fun and inclusive connect, dance, and grow event at the Mt Community Hall.

Our event is open to all skill levels, so whether you're an experienced dancer or just starting out, you'll fit right in.

Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can let loose, have fun, and grow as a person. You'll have the chance to connect with others, express yourself through dance, and learn something new.
