If you were to wear boxing gloves for a week....
Would you take them off & expect to write with a pen?
We instinctively know that our fingers would have difficulty with the dexterity to be able to do this task.
And yet we put shoes on our feet every day & expect our feet to be able to do complex or repetitive tasks like walk over uneven ground, change direction rapidly or walk long distances - with no issues.
Before you pay out on your feet for being sore - try these footcore drills.

Love & acceptance for self & others.
Not so simple. Not easy either.
This took some self development before it landed for me.
To fully accept & love myself, even the parts that I had disliked - that was a twenty25 achievement for me.
Accepting others as they arrived allowed much peace for me too 🥰
When we accept, then we can love. Peace follows.
Things shifted when I allowed for more love, peace & acceptance....
✔️ I let go & released excess bodyfat
✔️ I felt calmer, happier & slept better
✔️ People spoke with me differently - warmer
✔️ I began to smile again, like really smile with warmth
Development of self can change your world AND the world around you.
What might happen if you allowed for more love, peace & acceptance for self & others?

Gin having fun in her 20's revolved around pubs & pints
Damn straight I was all class in my 20's.
Then I came home from living abroad....
▫️Back to Uni to get a degree
▫️Launched my PT business in NZ as the GFC was hitting
▫️Got engaged, had a wedding & 2 kids
▫️Shifted premises & re-built my business
▫️Ran my business successfully through the pandemic & Auckland's TWO lockdowns
So yeah I've been kinda busy doing life.
I can be guilty of head down bum up with life revolving around kids & expanding my business.
Now I think its time to find my feet having fun - without pubs & pints.
So here's to twenty26 & being more open to having fun

Weight shifts are 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧, 𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥
For this person a 6kg weight is significant. It means:
☹️ Lower back pain
☹️ Slower running pace
☹️ Not ready to add weights (load) - Y E T
Correcting weight shifts can be realitively simple.
For this person it meant finding the muscles that were shut down, wake them up, integrate with specific sling exercises & we're in movement business 👊🏻

I have worked in the health, fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years, inspiring, coaching and moving people to a more vital, happier and healthier well-being.
After our dad passed with cancer (44 years old), I professionally drove myself with work and further education as a distraction. This behaviour led me to a place of exhaustion. I then became a mother of two children and returned to work after both pregnancies adding further stress to my life feeling like I was spiralling even further into a hole of exhaustion.
As a health professional and a parent, I recognised and embarked on my own wellness journey, successfully leading myself from exhaustion, to ensure I am healthy for my children throughout their lives. I had shifted from feeling exhausted all day every day, to regaining vitality, my health and happiness. I had finally broken the cycle of rushing, constantly juggling tasks and trying to be perfect in all things I did.
My professional passion is to guide and inspire other parents towards sustainable healthy lifestyle practises, to ensure the freedom to live a vital and fulfilling life.
