Want to try Tai Chi? We're delighted to offer a NEW weekly Tai Chi class this year!

Tai Chi is a low impact approach to exercise, originating from Chinese martial arts and characterised by slow, expansive movements. Our first weekly class is on every Thursday at 2pm, led by Physio Emma. Call the clinic to book in!
