We will be open between Christmas and New Years! But we’ll have reduced hours, so best plan is to grab a booking now before the holiday rush.

Holiday hours: Open 7:30am to 1pm on Christmas Eve. Open 9am to 3pm on 29th, 30th & 31st December.

Then back to normal clinic hours from Monday 5th January.

At Ponsonby Physio we use the latest tech to give you the best results! The VALD DynaMo measures the force muscles can produce through either tension or compression. This allows for a superior assessment of muscle strength, particularly in the knee, shoulder, and hip. This strength testing can identify imbalances and track rehabilitation progress over time.

Training for a long distance run? The Auckland Marathon is coming up on Sunday 2nd November, with a number of distance options to choose from. Whether you’re training for an awesome event like this, or running for pleasure, it’s a wonderful thing!

Focus on good technique, build that distance slowly and consistently, and consider adding targeted strength training to improve performance and minimise injury risk.
