Our liver is one of the most important organs that we need to support as it has so many bodily functions. If it's overloaded with trying to process alcohol and too much caffeine, it will prioritise those first before anything else.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I've just started having this because its got dandelion and chicory root in it which are both amazing for supporting the liver, and it tastes like coffee but it's caffeine free - it's got quite a nutty flavour. So it's an amazing product to add into your daily routine to support your liver function.

Is sleep not your best friend right now? If I'm working with anyone and I see their sleep is less than 5 hours a night, that's the first place I'll focus.

Because, don't you agree, sleep is everything??? If you're not sleeping well, everything just feels so hard!! And problems feel so much bigger!!

This is something I've recently shared in my membership. If you find yourself doom scrolling late at night (which totally affects your sleep with the blue light in your eyes), set your downtime to come on at 9pm and have it off until 7am (you can allow certain apps so that you can still do your meditation in the morning for example).

This is how to do it on an iPhone. Android will be similar.

This is just one tip on how to preserve your energy.

Not the prettiest picture but it's not about looking good, it's about nourishment.

I want you to think at every meal, what does my body need for fuel, not what do I feel like?

This breakfast followed a cup of bone broth and it ticked every box!

✔️ Enough protein to build muscle and keep me full for hours!
✔️ Healthy fats (even though the avocado was looking very sad! 😉)
✔️ Gluten free to keep my gut happy
✔️ Kimchi & h**p seeds to keep my gut happy
✔️ Cottage cheese (under the eggs) for extra protein
✔️ Eggs (obviously) but I've just learned that eggs contain leucine which is important for muscle growth and repair. And we know how important muscle growth is don't we? 😉

What was your favourite thing that you cooked this weekend?

These were two of my faves. We had friends around for dinner on Saturday night and I did a slow roasted leg of lamb (which was divine!) and I served it on a Pea, Avocado and Mint mash. It's the most delicious combination ever and so warming!!

And then I made a Courgette and Lemon Sorbet. A weird combination I know but it was amazing, especially served with the incredible creme brulee that my neighbour made!! And it only had lemon, frozen courgette and raw sugar!

Love a Friday afternoon hair cut!

I said I don’t want a bob, get rid of some weight and I actually want some style.

Last time Oli’s friend said I looked like Dora the Explorer!!! Can you imagine??? I said I didn’t want to look like Dora the Explorer!!

Yay! I’ve got some style again. We’ll see what it looks like tomorrow when it’s up to me but I’m happy for now!! 😉
