Prescriptions continue to be FREE for most people.
Most are FREE if you are over 65yrs old.
Most are FREE if you are under 14yrs old.
Most are FREE if you have a Community Services Card.

If you think you might be eligible for a Community Services Card, then look up the criteria on the Work and Income website.
If you qualify, then make sure to apply soon.
If you have any questions, ask us next time you are in the Pharmacy.

Soon, we will help explain how the 12-month prescriptions, starting 1st February, will work.

1. Your Doctor will decide if you are eligible. Most people won’t be.
2. There are no changes to how much medicine you get at one time.
