Coaching is key.

Every programme we run follows the same order: mechanics, consistency, then intensity. We coach the movement first, getting positions right, building the strength and control to repeat it. Once that’s locked in, we drive consistency, making sure it holds under volume and fatigue. Only then do we add intensity, turning good reps into great results.

That’s how we apply our programming. Not rushed. Not random. Just standards held, and progress built the right way.

Plyometric work inside metcons isn’t there for show. It teaches your body to produce force fast, move efficiently under fatigue, and keep form when your legs feel like concrete.

Box jumps, bounds, sprints, Olympic lifts, these aren’t “fillers.” They’re the bridge between strength and performance. The better your explosive capacity, the harder you can push, the faster you recover, and the more work you can handle.
