Liam is no stranger to this place. After coaching here in the early days, he went on to build NBR, a strong and respected part of the local fitness community.

He brings a depth of experience, perspective, and coaching presence that will add real value on the floor and within our community.

Our weightlifting classes are a dedicated space to slow things down, refine technique, and build power properly. Fully coached, beginner friendly, and focused on quality movement.

Our Summer Bootcamp is built for structure, consistency, and support. Beginner friendly, fully coached, and designed to meet you where you’re at. You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to show up.

3 sessions per week:
Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm
Saturday 8.30am
Small group.
Limited to 15 spots.

Summer Bootcamp starts 19 January.
