Who has joined the fun of the 5k app???

The 5k app joined the parkrun family on 1 December, and we're about to roll out the first release of new features 🎉

From today, you'll see a new layer on the event maps which shows event numbers, as well as special event attendance on your attendance chart.

All new parkrun events will now be appearing and we fixed lots of bugs too; including making volunteer rosters for special events available and showing all cancellation reasons.

These features were top of the queue following previous feedback and asks from app users, ahead of the more meaningful engagement opportunities that are now rolling out for the wider parkrun community. Check the parkrun newsletter for your chance to opt in to receive our surveys.

There has also been a 400% increase in app downloads since we got the app! 😲
