The Lesson of the Eagle and the Crow

The only bird that dares to peck an eagle is the crow. The crow sits on the eagles back and bites his neck. The eagle does not respond, nor fight with the crow; it does not spend time or energy on the crow instead he just opens its wings and begins to rise higher in the heavens. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the crow to breathe and eventually the crow falls off due to a lack of oxygen.

Learn from the eagle and don't fight the crows, just keep ascending. They might be along for the ride but they'll soon fall off. Do not allow yourself to succumb to the distractions....keep your focus on the things above, keep learning, growing and continue rising!

I have dearly missed the special heart connection that is created when I see you. Over this time of going within we’ve all been like the butterfly in our chrysalis. I have received many beautiful messages and it is with a grateful heart it is now time to emerge and open the doors again on Monday 18th for you to just be.

My website online bookings are now open for all sessions.

My focus is always on creating a safe authentic space for you to heal and be nourished so under Level 2 I have put in place some things you can expect when you arrive for your session.

ON ARRIVAL
Under the current level we are unable to have clients waiting in the studio reception. Please either wait in your car or outside the door and I will come and unlock the door for you at your appointment time.

Please leave any bags or personal items at home or in your car or any jewellery that you know will need to be removed while having your session.

During this current time I am taking extra precautions and additional hygiene practices by wiping down contact surfaces in my healing space to keep us all safe.

Hand sanitiser is available for you to use on your arrival and is also in my healing room. Antibacterial handwash and single use paper towels are in the toilet for your use.

HANDS ON HEALING
As massage and Reiki is close contact, I will be wearing a mask and I invite you to bring your own mask and gloves to wear also if you need to. As always, fresh linen is placed on the bed and is removed and washed.

SESSION PAYMENT:
If possible please pay by internet banking prior or Eftpos. As I do not have a PayWave machine the Eftpos machine is sanitized after each use.

IF YOU ARE UNWELL
It is important that you reschedule if you feel unwell at all or have any symptoms even cold or flu symptoms, runny nose, tickle in the throat, sore throat. If you arrive with symptoms I will need to ask you to reschedule.
