Green Wisdom Therapies A gentle, non invasive hands-on therapy which promotes healing and pain relief.

Bowen is a gentle form of bodywork involving a series of delicate moves with the thumbs and fingers across muscle and tendons to relieve pain and discomfort. These moves are thought to stimulate energy throughout the body, allowing it to reset and heal itself. The healing may occur at all levels as needed: physical, chemical, emotional, mental and energetic. A wide variety of complaints usually respond extremely well to Bowen Therapy including:

• Low, middle or upper back pain or stiffness
• Neck pain or stiffness, including wry neck and whiplash problems
• Shoulder or arm problems, including Carpal Tunnel syndrome (pain, numbness
or tingling in hands or fingers)
• Headaches, migraines, dizziness
• Sinusitis, eye, ear or nose and throat problems
• Sciatica, pain in the groin, hip or buttock
• Thigh, hamstring or knee problems
• Lower leg, ankle, foot and toe problems
• Lymph and circulatory problems

Kia Ora, just an introduction to myself: my name is Felicity and I am a qualified Naturopath and Homeobotanical Therapist graduating from the Naturopathic College of NZ in 2004. In 2009 I trained as a Bowen Therapist through the International School of Bowen Therapy (ISBT). I have had my own clinic previously in Ashburton before moving to the States in 2016 where I trained and graduated with an Associate's of Applied Science Degree in Paramedics. I moved back home to NZ four years ago with my American husband first to Ashburton then moving to Motueka.
