Adhd coaching helps you find your autonomy 🥰 Autonomy is about our who, what, where and when. I help clients with their autonomy through:

Support: Being able to make choices, communicate, and have a safe environment
Structure: Predictability and routine can help people with ASD feel regulated
Understanding: Learning to understand how people with ASD communicate, and giving them time to process information
Accommodations: Considering their individual needs when arranging contexts, such as in the workplace
