Pectoralis Major aducts, flexes and medially rotates arm.
Is a factor in bad posture resulting in rounded shoulders.

🌟Rita is very knowledgeable, and she really feels where my blockages are/were. I left feeling free in my movement and have felt massive improvement in my running since.
Rita's studio is a pleasant drive out to Orinoco and to balance that she is very reasonably priced at $80 for 60 minutes, which others have charged me $100 in the past.

🧿 Firstly I want to say a HUGE thankyou to all of the lovely clients I have had over the years. I have really enjoyed working with you all. You have all taught me something new each session. 🙏
From the 2nd of August I will be working from my studio at home only.
This is at 233 Lloyd Valley Road, Orinoco. A lovely 20 min drive from Motueka and a 40 minute drive from Richmond.
(In certain cases I am happy to come to you, travel costs apply).
The great thing about working from home is that I can offer my services a bit cheaper and have more time slots available. 🙂

🧿🙂 Some very good advice came to me this week as I suffered a gluten response which lead to a very upset digestive system.
The photo shows 3 products.
💊The probiotic, specifically Saccharomyces Boulardii helps with digestive tract targeting healthy bowel habits.
🫙The powered psyllium husk brings Fibre into the mix and can be dissolved in many dishes
🐂Last of all but definitely not least is the Bone Broth that coats the digestive track lining with collagen, repairing the damage done after eating a food such as gluten that causes gastric distress.
🧀 🙃 Sadly a gluten response can also trigger an intolerance to lactose in some people, so eliminating dairy products for a short time helps too.
