SEEKING A PHARMACY RETAIL ASSISTANT
We are searching for an additional retail sales person to join our team. This is a casual position with shifts offered to fill team absences and busy periods.

THE ROLE
Here at Life Pharmacy Motueka our primary objective is to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times. This role supports the team to achieve this by ensuring; product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree.

ABOUT LIFE PHARMACY MOTUEKA
We are a busy community pharmacy located in the heart of Motueka, gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. The community we serve is diverse and includes a range of people from our local town & rural customers (this is a fertile, produce growing region), to the influx of visitors over the summer months. We offer a full scope of practice across our dispensary services which makes for a satisfying work experience and a varied clinical mix each day. Plus, we stock an extensive range of natural health and beauty products.

THE TEAM
We operate two pharmacies, the other being Golden Bay Pharmacy, located in Takaka. Our team have the opportunity to work in both stores which provides variety and a broad scope of practice. The dispensary team comprises four pharmacists and six technicians across the two stores. We are supported by a skilled and knowledgeable retail team.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
Will be a NZ qualified Pharmacist with a current APC. NZ based intern pharmacists are also welcome to apply. You will possess great communication, time management and pharmacist diagnostic skills. You will be a team player, eager to build relationships and deliver great health outcomes for our customers.

The role itself is varied and includes; providing care and advice to customers, stock ordering and control and generally ensuring an efficient work-flow in the shop. The retail team are critical to the smooth running of the pharmacy. A career in Pharmacy is fulfilling and rewarding and it requires skill, personal integrity and empathy.
