Hello there ๐ - I am excited to be offering another Introductory Day Retreat where we will dive into the world of Qi and explore how to harness Qi for health, wellbeing, and healing.
Yuan Qigong practice naturally calms and clears the mind, paving the way for creativity, focus, and a relaxed inner space where you can experience more peace, joy, and vitality.
The Yuan Qigong methods systematically improve the amount, the quality and the flow of Qi throughout your body, while gently opening the heart and connecting you with your innate inner wisdom.
My intention is that youโll finish the day feeling relaxed and inspired, energised and clear, with some simple new tools to integrate into your daily life. It is truly amazing what a difference regular practice can make and this offers a first step.
What you will learn:
The first two methods of the Yuan Qigong system:
โข Tian Yuan โ Gathering Qi (life force energy)
โข Di Yuan โ Storing Qi
Youโll also learn two key supporting practices:
โข Pulling Qi
โข Dantian Breathing
