Have you ever wondered who's visiting your website and how they navigate through it? Are they leaving the pages too soon, or are they staying and reading through? Where are they located?

GA4 will help you decode the language of your audience by telling you:

I really look forward to Tuesday morning for the co-working session.

This morning Rachel helped us with a great Monthly Growth Planning session, and little Foxy found it very interesting too. He just wanted to make sure I was planning for food and cuddles too 😻

“A picture is worth a thousand words”
..so true!

Images have the ability to deliver a message at an emotional level, they ‘speak’ to the person who sees them and evoke emotions.

When it comes to websites, images are very powerful and often, they can either make or break the user experience. They also represent the professionalism of your brand, so when you use images that are not high-quality and or a bit blurry, know that they could send the wrong message to the visitor.

Investing in high-quality visuals it’s something that you should definitely consider, you won’t regret it! 🙂
Each image you use is an opportunity. It's a chance to tell your brand's unique story and create emotional connections with your audience

Would you like to know how visitors interact with your website?

There are tools out there that provide a visual representation of exactly where your visitors are clicking, scrolling, and spending the most time on your website.

These tools are called heat maps, and they:

- provide detailed insights on user behaviour
- show which elements users click on
- help you identify high or low-traffic sections on your website.

Thanks to these tools, you'll be able to understand if your sections are well placed on your page, if a call-to-action should be more prominent, if visitors are clicking more on a specific CTA, and much more.

You can install heat-mapping software and let it sit for a period of time to gather data. Then analyse it and see what it's telling you about your website :)

It sounds a bit creepy, but it's extremely helpful!
