Cranio brings connection, by bringing clients out of danger to soothe all that it creates

When the brain and body are not working in sync, it affects everything:
- movement, posture, focus, emotional regulation, vision, sound processing, and the ability to engage with the world. Too often we expect results from a system that is dysregulated.
Real transformation, from Cranio happens when we first restore the brain-body connection, and build stronger pathways for :
- regulation, movement, and function. When the nervous system is helped, the body can organise, adapt, and perform at a higher level.

A beautiful love letter. Maybe we can begin looking for the uniqueness of our loved ones, to encourage each other.

In a Cranio session, it is just as important for us the look for and recognise the goodness in our clients system, allowing this to be the filter we use to see where they are struggling.

In holding this perspective for both, that encourages them begin the process of healing. Whereas inn fight/flight, your system was geared to look for danger.

Cranio brings the gentle shift to a calm safely, where goodness can be heard. Where the noisy outside world can fade away, allowing the noisy inside world to do the same.
Goodness, can bring our brain and body into partnership, so all our systems can work together, to synchronise- like different instruments in a band or orchestra.
Here the beauty of life, like music can be heard and seen again.

Happy Birthday and congratulations BaseSix Fitness
I have been going to Maria's class for about 7 yrs. It's great for fitness, strength and flexibility. That's a great mix, in one class.
It's amazing the progress we've all made. Although, Maria always gives different options, for those at different levels.
The added bonus is that I feel my mood is lifted for the next day or so. Plus I've met so many good people there and we iften enjoy a cuppa after.
I've recommended many clients to Maria. They've enjoyed the classes and where needed, have even done some one on one sessions. That's where I've seen anding results.

I treat Concussion, TBI, migraine and Vertigo regularly.
Cranio is wonderful at treating the bags that contain the brain. When healthy they hold the brain gently in pools of fluid, CSF, that protects, feeds and clears out constantly.
When the brain is shaken, stressed or after illness. These bags, called meninges, can shrink, leaving the brain vulnerable - drier and less protected.
Cranio guides the brain out of fight flight, to restore their health, resilience and fluid levels.
As the brain calms, the electrical signals of the neurons calm, allowing the Glial cells to come back on line and begin their amazing work - cleaning, feeding & healing the blood brain barrier and maintaining Homeostasis- which is keeping the entire body in balance. That includes, blood sugar, temperature, fluids (Kidneys) and so much more.

I am so privileged to support some of the best humans I've ever known 💞 This session was special for so many reasons.
1. I've dreamed of having a clinic in a setting like this.
2. We started our sessions in hospital beds - Nature rocks 💖
3. From stuck in bed, retrained his left side & rebuild muscle. It felt very special to walk with Allan into the garden him & Bernadette McEvoy created. Wow
4. Incredible, in the midst of the raw beauty of life, all around us 🥰
