Kids Herbal Workshop – Hands-On & Fun! 🌿

I’m so excited to be hosting a Kids Herbal Workshop on
📅 13 January 2026
⏰ 10:30 AM

This will be a hands-on, interactive workshop where children will learn about herbs in a fun, age-appropriate way. As a registered naturopath and medical herbalist, I’ll be guiding the children safely through learning how plants can support the body.

✨ What kids will do:
🌱 Learn about common herbs and how they’re used
🍯 Make their own cough syrup
🌼 Create herbal balms
🍵 Blend herbal teas
🎁 Take home all the remedies they make

👧🧒 Ages: From 6 years and up (older children very welcome)
📘 Extras: Handouts will be provided for children and parents, with ideas for further learning at home

This workshop is all about learning by doing, building confidence, curiosity, and respect for nature in a supportive and fun environment.

I'm very excited to be part of a collective joining forces to bring Dr Joe Dispenza to New Zealand 🥳🥳🥳
I get to host free online Dr Joe Meditations. The first two are booked for Sunday 14th December at 8pm and Monday 22 December at 8pm.
The plan is for it to be all about the meditation and combining the group energy, so we will jump into the meditation bang on time.
