Yay, I'm very happy to be bringing my crystals bowls and koshi chimes back to the beautiful Hilltop Haven venue on the 30th Jan. I'm looking forward to sharing an hour of mediation, deep relaxation and pure sound, what a fabulous way to end the week! A chance to tone your energy and soothe your soul.
I am flying solo this time and much thanks to Rebecca Hart for the intro and photos 🙂
Attendees have come away feeling deeply relaxed and yet invigorated, with energy centres balanced and sometimes with insights.
The pure sound crystals energise and cleanse the first layer of your energy field clearing and opening your chakras.
Each of the four koshi chimes work with one of the four elements, earth, air, fire and water and clear the second layer of your energy field bringing you back into balance and harmony with the world around you.
Come with an intention to clear something specific, or with an Intentional manifestation. Or simply lie back and enjoy and the frequencies work their magic.
The heart centre is a bridge between the higher and lower chakras and that is where we will start, opening your portal to universal energy.

Kids Herbal Workshop – Hands-On & Fun! 🌿

I’m so excited to be hosting a Kids Herbal Workshop on
📅 13 January 2026
⏰ 10:30 AM

This will be a hands-on, interactive workshop where children will learn about herbs in a fun, age-appropriate way. As a registered naturopath and medical herbalist, I’ll be guiding the children safely through learning how plants can support the body.

✨ What kids will do:
🌱 Learn about common herbs and how they’re used
🍯 Make their own cough syrup
🌼 Create herbal balms
🍵 Blend herbal teas
🎁 Take home all the remedies they make

👧🧒 Ages: From 6 years and up (older children very welcome)
📘 Extras: Handouts will be provided for children and parents, with ideas for further learning at home

This workshop is all about learning by doing, building confidence, curiosity, and respect for nature in a supportive and fun environment.

I get to host free online Dr Joe Meditations. The first two are booked for Sunday 14th December at 8pm and Monday 22 December at 8pm.
The plan is for it to be all about the meditation and combining the group energy, so we will jump into the meditation bang on time.
