I’m incredibly excited (and honestly humbled) to now be part of the O-Studio Remuera as their Massage Therapistand Naturopath. This opportunity is the result of years of study, hands-on experience, commitment, and a deep passion for helping people restore their health and wellbeing.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news! 🌿 Intuition Health will now be opening on Sundays for naturopathy and massage appointments and close Mondays and Tuesdays.

This decision comes after hearing from many of you who found it difficult to book during the week due to work and family commitments. Because caring for your health and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do, we want to make our services more accessible.

👉 Important to note: Sunday sessions will be by advance booking only — no walk-ins. To reserve your spot, please contact us directly, as online booking will not be available for Sunday appointments.

Thank you for your ongoing support and for allowing us to continue looking after your health and wellness. We can’t wait to see you soon! 💚
