Dr Diana had such a fun time visiting Pukekohe Early Learning centre to run the Straighten Up NZ program with the kids! We learnt all about the spine, why posture and movement matter, and practiced some simple exercises to help keep our bodies strong and healthy. As many as 40% of all babies suffer from colic. Chiropractic can be a safe and effective solution if your little one is struggling.

In one UK study researchers showed that babies who received chiropractic care cried significantly less than those who did not receive care. Many high quality clinical trials have shown chiropractic care helps babies with colic cry less – up to 50% less! It’s worth giving it a go.
