Each day is thoughtfully designed to balance movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. You’ll start with optional fitness classes like yoga, strength training, or aqua aerobics, followed by a nourishing breakfast and some journaling or mindset work.

Throughout the week, you’ll take part in lifestyle workshops, a Balinese cooking class, and excursions to stunning natural locations, like waterfalls or vibrant snorkelling reefs.

Evenings wind down with connection time or a peaceful beach bonfire. You’re free to participate in as much—or as little—as you like. This is your time to recharge, so you choose.
