Pilates teaches you how to move your body more effectively & where from.🧘♀️ Stand tall, as you exhale, scoop belly button & pelvic floor gently in, slide shoulders down your back, are just a few of the cues used to help you IMPROVE your POSTURE.

🧎♀️Remember these tips:
👉🏽Feet & knees hip width apart.
👉🏽Relax through your neck & shoulders, slide shoulder blades down your back.
👉🏽Keep tall & lengthened through your spine, gently pull chin in towards your neck.
👉🏽Every time you exhale, scoop your belly button in & pelvic floor up. (Like you are squeezing into a tight pair of jeans).
👉🏽Imagine you are balancing a book on your head. Think of length & height.
👉🏽Inhale through your nose & exhale out your mouth.
👉🏽Repeat as many times as you like until you feel tall, lengthened & relaxed.
