So many people are put off trying yoga because they think they need to be flexible, strong, or able to do โadvancedโ poses ๐ต.
But the real practice isnโt about what your body can perform, it is about how you show up for yourself ๐ซถ๐ป. For some people, the challenge might look like learning to trust themselves upside down ๐คธ๐ปโโ๏ธ. For others, it is learning to stay kind to themselves while moving slowly, gently, and simply ๐.
