Most 2026 goals won’t make you happier.

Because “more” isn’t a feeling.
More money, more discipline, a smaller body, a bigger house, a busier calendar… it looks impressive on paper, but it doesn’t always land in your nervous system.

This year I’m doing it differently & going back to what works for me 👇

Before I write a single goal, I’m choosing the feeling:
✨ calm
✨ energised
✨ confident
✨ playful
✨ present

Then I’m setting systems that create those feelings.

Because consistency isn’t built on willpower - it’s built on enjoyment. If you actually feel good doing what you’re doing… you’ll keep showing up.

If you’re setting 2026 intentions, try this:
1. How do you want to feel when you wake up?
2. What 3 habits would make that inevitable?
3. What can you delete to protect that feeling?

Grandma-style chicken soup, but make it set and forget 🥣✨

This is my (current) go-to because it’s healthy, high in protein, and the best part is my baby can eat it too. I chuck everything in the slow cooker, get on with the day, and in 6 hours we’ve got cosy, nourishing soup for days.

Ingredients
• 1 whole raw chicken (free range or organic if you can)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 5 carrots, thinly sliced
• 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp basil
• 2 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp parsley (optional)
• 2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 litre low-salt chicken broth
• 4 cups water

How
Chicken in + everything else. Cook on HIGH for 6–8 hours. Remove chicken, shred, return to soup. Serve hot (GF toast is elite).

Save this for the next busy day or sniffly season. 🤍

Motherhood taught me movement isn’t motivation - it’s logistics 🤣

For a while, I wanted silence, my mat, my own space. Then nap times collided with class times and it became clear.. if I didn’t plan it, it didn’t happen.

Now we have a rhythm: Chaz heads home early two afternoons so I can catch class before bath-time. Saturdays we “try” to rotate, or Milo tags along if the studio’s free.

Sometimes Chaz hangs with him while I grab 45 minutes to move & make some juicy shapes.

Three sessions a week feels like a win. More is a cherry on top 🍒.

Communicate, plan, show up, and let community energy do the rest. ✨

6 months has gone in a flash ✨
Apparently this is the age us mothers are meant to start thinking about returning to work… while our little ones still don’t eat solids, don’t sleep through the night, and need us in every way. 🍼

I honestly don’t know how we’re supposed to “do it all.” So many of us do a damn good job at trying.

But one thing I do know,
I have never felt love like this before. 💙 And in my eyes, he is the very best in the world. 🌍💫

Happy first Father’s Day to a great dad and an even better partner. This season of life has been the craziest, most transformative, and beautifully messy one yet, but it’s my favourite season of us. Through all the highs and lows, you’ve been our rock, growing in patience and resilience every single day. We love you and can’t wait to celebrate more of life together. 🩵
