Most 2026 goals won’t make you happier.
Because “more” isn’t a feeling.
More money, more discipline, a smaller body, a bigger house, a busier calendar… it looks impressive on paper, but it doesn’t always land in your nervous system.
This year I’m doing it differently & going back to what works for me 👇
Before I write a single goal, I’m choosing the feeling:
✨ calm
✨ energised
✨ confident
✨ playful
✨ present
Then I’m setting systems that create those feelings.
Because consistency isn’t built on willpower - it’s built on enjoyment. If you actually feel good doing what you’re doing… you’ll keep showing up.
If you’re setting 2026 intentions, try this:
1. How do you want to feel when you wake up?
2. What 3 habits would make that inevitable?
3. What can you delete to protect that feeling?
