When one door closes, another gently opens.

Life is a constant dance of beginnings and endings, a sacred rhythm of creation and dissolution.

In the yoga tradition, we honour this cycle—not as loss, but as transformation. Every end makes space for something new. Just as every exhale is followed by an inhale, every Savasana is the fertile ground for a new awakening.

As Nadi Wellness enters Savasana the dissolving phase—the quiet pause at the end of the practice—we do so with reverence.

This is the space of integration, of reflection, of deep listening. It is where we absorb all that has been, and prepare for what is to come.

This Sunday, 31 August, marks the final day of winter and the closing chapter of our journey at Nadi after 14 years.

As we bow gently to what has been & to all the beautiful souls who have contributed to the creation of what Nadi -IS -we step forward into Spring embracing the light of new beginnings.
