Each 75 minute class provides a relaxing, supported practice aiming to restore your body’s natural capacity for health. A combination of breathing practices, gentle movement and longer supported postures. Restore your mind and body and discover the powerful benefits of complete relaxation.
We end the class with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a profoundly relaxing guided meditation practice that induces a state of conscious awareness between wakefulness and sleep, fostering deep rest, promoting healing, heightened self-awareness and a sense of tranquility.
