After a little time off this page it’s time to wake her back up. I’m so happy to be able to offer Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra at Country Lane and to be part of the recently formed Queenstown Yoga Collective.

Casual spaces are available to book or you can make the most of the amazing teachers and classes within the collective with a discounted 10 class pass valid for any class or teacher on the schedule.

🪷About this class:
Each 75 minute class provides a relaxing, supported practice aiming to restore your body’s natural capacity for health. A combination of breathing practices, gentle movement and longer supported postures. Restore your mind and body and discover the powerful benefits of complete relaxation.

We end the class with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a profoundly relaxing guided meditation practice that induces a state of conscious awareness between wakefulness and sleep, fostering deep rest, promoting healing, heightened self-awareness and a sense of tranquility.

✨Assistance for recovery or working with a busy lifestyle
✨Reducing muscle tension and supporting immune function
✨Improving mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, relaxation and recovery.
✨Balances Nervous System

Just a little reminder of where you can take some time out for yourself each week. Enjoy some space to rest and restore with Restorative & Yoga Nidra. It's BYO props under level two so bring along a bath towel or a blanket for this weeks classes. Hope to see you there.

We are longing for our sweet yoga studio to reopen. However, due to the size of our studio and the new level 2 changes we are staying closed for now, we will make a decision on Monday 13th about reopening. Thank you for your patience.

While studios are closed during Alert Level 4 we are lucky enough to be able to offer online classes at Nadi. Checkout the mindbodyonline app for classtimes and to book on. I’ll be teaching a 45min class on Wednesdays at 7pm - Some simple relaxation practices and a yoga nidra. No props or experience required. Hope to see you on zoom x

As you all know, at the moment, we are unable to have our classes at the studio until we reach Level 2 or Level 1.

Until then, we will be offering online yoga classes on a more limited schedule via Zoom!

Here's my teaching schedule for this week. There has a been a small change to the start time for classes at Back on Track Physio for this year, now running from 6:15-7:15pm on Thursdays.
