I have had a lot of requests for Mums' and Bubs' classes lately... so I thought I would remind everyone that a great way to maintain your practice is to get your group of Yoga Mums together and do a private session!
I can come to any house throughout the day to work around your's and new bub's schedule. When you practice as a group, a private session can be the same if not less than a regular class. The best thing about it is that when it's private, it's flexible!... If bub cries... take your time with them! If you need to change address... we meet at the new address.

Back by popular demand, this workshop class is for anyone wanting to learn correct alignment of postures to ensure a safe practice for you OR your students!

Every body can vary greatly to the next, which may be the reason we "Love! " or "Can't Stand! " certain Asana/Poses. In this class we will take an internal look at skeletons and how they can vary, transferring this to look at our own unique bodies, and then work appropriately with alignment and adjustments to receive safe and effective results from your yoga practice. For teachers, you will learn hands on and verbal adjustments to aid your students and offer them Valuable and Intelligent practices.
