TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As we are a small business, there are some extra T&Cs we have had to add:
CLASS NUMBERS
We require at least 5 people to commit for a full 8-week block of classes for each class to go ahead. If classes do not receive adequate numbers, we will reserve the right to cancel at least one week before the start of the first class, with a full refund of any payment made. PAYMENTS
Clas
ses can be paid for upfront (10% discount) or by payment plan (please contact us for details). Payments can be made by cash or online transfer
Proof of full payment or deposit must be sent to thenestwellnessstudio@gmail.com 10 days before the start of each term. If any direct debit payments are missed a $20 admin fee (per payment missed) will be added
MISSED CLASSES
Sorry, there are no make-up classes unless space comes available. No transfers of missed classes to future term blocks. REFUNDS POLICY
No refunds on term bookings, deposits or direct debit transfers for yoga and pilates classes. No refunds on deposits for workshops and courses unless we can fill your place - if so a $20 admin charge will be made to cover the time involved. Once the course has begun there are no refunds. CASUAL CLASS SPOTS
As this is a small private studio there are only a limited number of casual drop-in spots - these are only open if the class is not fully booked by term pass holders. Drop-in spots will be posted on our page at least 4 hours before the start of the class. Casual class fee: $20
