This week’s colour focus is ♥️ - the colour of grounding, vitality, and embodied presence.

Red connects us to:
• the body
• the earth
• a sense of safety and belonging

When life feels busy, loud, or unsteady, red gently draws our energy back down - into our feet, our breath, and our physical self.

♥️ Simple ways to work with Red:
• Wear red or earthy tones
• Eat grounding foods (root vegetables, warming meals)
• Visualise red light at your feet or base
• Spend time in nature, barefoot if you can
• Apply chakra Light / Ray of Light 1 - red

Vitamin G - your foundation for the year ahead!

Lets explore GROUNDING - a technique we explore in Soul Power Kinesiology as essential suppoeet for daily wellbeing.

We often call this Vitamin G - because grounding nourishes the whole system.

✨ Try this simple grounding balance:
• Place both feet on the floor
• One hand on your lower abdomen, one on your lower back
• Take three slow breaths
• Gently affirm: “I am here. I am supported.”

Grounding supports clarity, emotional regulation, focus, and a sense of safety - a powerful foundation for the year ahead.

I personally love starting my day barefeet on the grass doing this or digging my feet into sandy beaches... ;)

If things feel foggy or overwhelming, come back to the body first.

Sleep challenges become more common as we age - difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, restless nights, daytime fatigue, restless legs, or sleep apnoea. This in-depth workshop explores why sleep becomes disrupted and how kinesiology can support restorative rest.

Join international kinesiologist Wayne Topping, founder of the Wellness Kinesiology Institute, for a comprehensive and practical exploration of sleep and the body.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:
• The circadian rhythm and why it becomes disrupted

Feeling foggy while reading, studying, or working? This simple technique can sharpen focus, memory, and hand-eye coordination - in just a few minutes.

Try this quick Eye & Brain Tune-Up before reading, driving, or any task that needs attention:

1️⃣ Place one hand on your navel. Rub acupressure points just below your collarbones and along the sides of your breastbone.

2️⃣ Keep your head still. Move your eyes side to side ~20 times, like reading a wide sign.

3️⃣ Keep your hand on your navel, move your eyes up and down ~20 times, like looking from floor to ceiling.

4️⃣ Explore eye rotations - slowly move your eyes clockwise, then anticlockwise ~ 3-5 times each.

✨ Do this before activities requiring focus, coordination, or alertness - and notice sharper attention, better memory, and improved hand-eye connection.

Colour doesn’t just decorate your world - it regulates it 🎨

“Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions.” - Pablo Picasso

Colour speaks directly to the nervous system, emotions, and energy body - often faster than words or logic.

When life feels busy or out of rhythm, colour can gently guide the body back toward balance:
• Soft tones calm and regulate
• Warm hues energise and uplift
• Cool colours soothe and settle
• Earth colours ground and stabilise

You don’t need to “understand” colour therapy for it to work.
