We often say we want to feel better... happier, more at peace, less stressed, more calm... but the real question is, are we ready to do the work?
There is not one shred of doubt in my mind that all real change requires effort. And it's not easy!
Sometimes it's so much easier to just bury our head in our pillow or distract with another Netflix movie (my top escapism tactic).
For whatever reason, the way life is designed, we have to put in the work to get the rewards!
I was thinking yesterday, it’s not easy to explain what the 5 Xin Care techniques are, or how they can benefit one's life in a truly authentic way. I whizzed through the 22 tools in the introductory webinar and some were impossible to explain in such a short time.
