My first Retreat in Bali at Amori Villa's Ubud. My dream has always been to teach yoga in Asia and what an amazing and spiritual experience it has been. Deep relaxation yoga with massage is very popular so we have 2 classes on. Tuesday evening at 7.20pm and Wednesday 9.30am, perfect time to relax after dropping the kids off to school.
