Another successful long weekend for the physio staff. Many coast trips and escaping the Queenstown weather.
Alex went south and joined Cat for a surf. 🏄‍♀️
Jess did the coronet loop and ventured to the West coast. 🚴‍♀️
Cat enjoyed coastal time with friends and dogs and then worked on her golf skills! 🏌️‍♀️

And Friday is here again! We love getting out there as much as our patients do, that's why we are so passionate about injury prevention and rehab.

Another long weekend? Yes please! We are closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday so we will see you back in the clinic on Tuesday 7th April.

The Physio Team really made the most of the long weekend and good weather!
Jess visited the Catlins- camping on the beach, aurora spotting, swimming with dolphins and cave exploring.
Cat surfed in Riverton and played golf in Milton and Queenstown.
Eden in Dunedin- beach walking, visiting Baldwin st, Seal spotting and star gazing.
And Paul took the kids bike packing at Snow Farm!

Paul ran the Old Ghost Ultra a couple of weekends ago!

He ran the 85km trail in 9 hours 32mins! What an accomplishment.

A massive well done to anyone else who ran it, and those who completed or attempted the Motatapu on Saturday just gone!

Today is a very sad day at Queenstown Physio as we say bon voyage to Jack on his final work day with us! He is leaving us for his homeland (England).

Yesterday our physios met for their monthly Inservice and a goodbye selfie with the man himself.

You have been a joy to have around and we wish you all the best for life in England. But we hope to see you back on this side of planet someday too 😜

Last week was a busy one in the physio diary! We celebrated Anna, Debs and Jack's birthdays, as well as Osteo Kasia.
We got a birthday selfie from Debs, climbing Queenstown Hill. And Jack spent a sunny Saturday climbing in Bannockburn with fellow team members Alex, Jess and Eden!
