Happy New Year to you all 🤍
The past little while has been pretty full on with family visiting and choosing more quality time together. No school, no work, no rushing to be anywhere. And I’ll be honest, despite all of that, it was still intense.
The holidays, wrapping up a year, and stepping into a new one all at once asked more of me. To be present, to be intentional, and to keep coming back to myself.
Sharing this here to show what my practice looks like when we’re on the go. When I’m entertaining the kids, visiting places, and still needing moments to pause and breathe. They are short, imperfect, and I’m always on standby for much needed kisses and cuddles for the boys.
So grateful for my family, my own village, for walking this season with me 🤍
